The Cine6ix App operates strictly as a private, invitation-only client portal. It is designed to provide secure access to high-definition video galleries and live broadcast streams of private events (such as weddings and real estate showcases) produced by Cine6ix Cinematography.

2. Information We Collect

Because our App is a private portal, users cannot create accounts within the App.

• Login Credentials: We securely generate and provide you with a unique Username and Password directly. The App only collects these credentials when you type them in to authenticate your access to your private gallery.
• No Background Tracking: The App does not collect background location data, access your device's camera or microphone, or track your browsing history.

3. How We Use Your Information

The sole purpose of collecting your login credentials is to:

• Authenticate your identity.
• Determine your account type (Live Stream vs. Video-on-Demand).
• Securely fetch and display the correct video links from our private servers.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising

• No Advertisements: We do not display third-party advertisements in our App.
• No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties, marketing agencies, or data brokers.
• Secure Infrastructure: Video delivery and database authentication are handled via our own secure, self-hosted infrastructure.

5. Data Security

We implement standard security measures to protect your information. Communication between the App and our servers is encrypted, ensuring that your login credentials and private video links remain secure. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Account Deletion and Data Retention

Since accounts are manually generated by Cine6ix for our clients, they are also manually managed. Your account and access to the portal will remain active per the terms of your service agreement with us.

If you wish to have your digital access revoked or your portal account deleted, please contact us directly, and we will remove your credentials from our secure database immediately.

7. Children's Privacy

The Cine6ix App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is intended for adult clients managing professional media services.
